Samsung X170 Barbie Special Edition Notebook in Korea


The smart folks at Samsung know that, despite whiz-bang new technology, classics always win, so they recently unveiled the X170 Barbie Special Edition laptop. Available in pink or black, the girly laptop is specifically targeted at the female teenage Korean market.
Samsung will be making some teenage or barbie fan extra happy on her birthday this year with its recent announcement of its X170 Barbie Special Edition Notebook. Even though it was introduced in Korea, there is no doubt that it will be making its way into the United States sooner than later. The X170 Barbie Special Edition comes in the colors of pink (NT-X170-BABIP) and black (NT-X170-BABIB), they both offer a 11.6-inch LED-backlit display with 1366×768 resolution and are powered by Intel’s Core 2 Duo SU7300 CULV processor running 1.3GHz.
The Samsung X170 Barbie Special Edition Notebook comes with a 500GB hard drive, integrated GMA4500MHD graphics, a 3-in-1 card reader and 4GB of RAM. The Barbies also includes stereo speaker with SRS 3D Sound effect, a 9-cell 8850mAh battery for up to 9 hours of operation, WiFi and Bluetooth Connectivity.
